Our story began 50 years ago in the spring of 1974, when a group of spirit-filled believers came together in faith to plant a church here in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  Though the buildings have changed over the years and the ministry has expanded, one thing that has never changed is the heart of what Liberty is all about: to LOVE GOD and LOVE PEOPLE.
